Business Analyst III – Hardware Asset Manager
Location: San Diego, CA

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Hardware Asset Manager with strong Business Analyst and Project Management skills to support a large-scale Asset Management and Logistics program. This fast-paced role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving process innovation, and modernizing how technical assets are managed and distributed across a global workforce.
Key Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day asset management functions including customer escalations, requests, and inventory monitoring to ensure program accuracy and compliance.

Drive projects and operational mechanisms related to process improvements, compliance, and innovation to create efficiency and modernization in asset management workflows.

Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate team progress and project outcomes.

Partner with leadership, engineers, and operations teams to design, implement, and scale new asset management solutions.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery, optimize processes, and improve customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience managing end-to-end IT Asset Management programs or similar IT technical operations at scale.

Strong background in program or project management of IT infrastructure, logistics, IT outsourcing, or IT business operations.

Knowledge of ITSM tools (especially ServiceNow), Process Automation, AI tools, and IT Asset Management best practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities, with a focus on timely execution and accuracy.
Preferred Skills
-
ServiceNow, G Suite, and exposure to AI/automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT).

IT Asset Management (ITAM) certifications such as:

CHAMP (Certified Hardware Asset Management Professional)

CAMP (Certified Asset Management Professional)
-
ITIL certification (Information Technology Infrastructure Library framework).

Education
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Business Administration, or Management.
