Purpose:
Develop and maintain integrations between Workday and other systems to ensure smooth data flow across HR, Finance, and Payroll.
Main Responsibilities:

Build integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation).

Work through full lifecycle: design ? build ? test ? deploy ? support.

Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data accuracy.

Document and improve integration processes.

Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors.
-
Mentor junior developers.
Requirements:
-
3+ years of Workday integration development.
-
Experience across 2+ Workday HCM or Financials implementations.

Proficient in at least two integration tools (Studio, EIB, Orchestrate, etc.).

Degree or equivalent experience in tech, business, or finance.
-
Experience in Higher Ed or Healthcare is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
-
Workday certifications (Integration, Studio, Orchestrate).
-
XML, XSLT, JSON, REST/SOAP.
-
Middleware or languages like Java/.NET.
-
Strong communication and problem-solving.
