Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Miami, FL (5 days onsite)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives, working closely with multiple business units — including Sales, Operations, Product, Solutions, and functional departments — to deliver business-critical projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management discipline, experience leading complex initiatives, and the ability to align technology and operational teams with broader organizational strategies.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across multiple business units.

Use project management best practices such as structured timelines, task lists, and issue tracking across workstreams.

Host and facilitate meetings, document workflows, and develop test matrices, frameworks, and project documentation.

Analyze processes to identify dependencies, bottlenecks, risks, and insights; escalate as needed to maintain momentum.

Coordinate with technology and automation teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions.

Deliver consistent and transparent communication to stakeholders and senior leadership, including progress updates and executive presentations.

Support change management and adoption of new processes and systems across the organization.
Qualifications
-
5+ years of professional experience in project management or related roles; experience in technology, or organizational transformation preferred.

2+ years managing cross-functional projects within complex or matrixed environments.

Experience leading project meetings and delivering executive-level presentations.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.

Highly detail-oriented and accountable, with strong ownership of deliverables.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Proficient in Smartsheet, Airtable, Power BI, or similar project management and visualization tools.

Proven ability to work collaboratively with various business functions to achieve common goals.
