Title: Sr. Trainer
Location: Remote (EST)

Job Summary: The Product Implementation Trainer will play a crucial role in educating our clients internals and partners through virtual learning settings. With a short ramp-up time, the trainer must possess in-depth knowledge of the Pro WFM product to ensure effective end-to-end configuration based on customer analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver core product training through instructor-led sessions in virtual environments, ensuring comprehensive understanding among internals and partners.
- Achieve high satisfaction results aligned with company goals and metrics, continuously improving training effectiveness.
- Self-motivate and take responsibility for:
- Achieving and maintaining certification in specific courses.
- Staying current on new products, industry trends, and customer training needs.
- Performing administrative tasks promptly to support training activities and business operations.
- Engage actively with internals and partners, addressing inquiries and providing expert guidance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the needs of customers, internals, and partners are met effectively.
- Innovate to enhance team processes and organizational growth, contributing to the evolution of training methodologies.
- Complete special projects and tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Qualifications:·
- 3-5 years of experience delivering SaaS software training in virtual classroom platforms and onsite environments.
- Proven experience in training or implementing the UKG Pro WFM Product.
- Strong adaptability to change, with the ability to pivot quickly when priorities shift.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, influencing change and managing multiple commitments.
- Demonstrated high attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
