Title: Product Manager (Contract + Remote)
Job Type: Contract
We’re looking for a mid- to senior-level Product Manager to support a high-visibility retail e-commerce digital transformation initiative focused on delivering a seamless omni-channel guest experience across online and in-store touchpoints.
This role is heavily product-focused with ~10–15% project management and strong executive and vendor interaction. Ideal for a PM who excels at translating ambiguity into clarity in complex enterprise environments.
What You’ll Do

Own product vision, roadmap, and governance

Drive deep requirements discovery and prioritization (MVP vs Phase 1/2)

Lead structured workshops with VPs, GMs, and Brand leaders

Translate strategy into cohesive, module-level product execution

Serve as liaison between enterprise teams and offshore app development partners

Prevent scope creep through clear decisions, documentation, and change control

Support delivery coordination across a mixed onshore/offshore model
What We’re Looking For

5–8+ years of Product Management experience (enterprise scale)

Must have hands-on e-commerce product experience

Must have retail digital transformation project experience

Experience coordinating with third-party vendors and offshore teams

Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

Comfortable pushing back on timelines and driving alignment
