Job Title: Sr Software Engineer
Compensation: $25-32/hr
Location: LATAM- Remote
Job-Type: 1 year contract, possible conversion or extension
Position Overview:
As an Integration & Automation Engineer, you will be the bridge between our legacy foundations and our cloud-forward future. Your mission is to dismantle silos by migrating legacy C# and PowerShell logic into a unified modern ecosystem in Python, securing our identity perimeter via Microsoft Entra ID, and ensuring our “source of truth”—Workday—talks seamlessly to everything else.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Python services with sophisticated exception handling, ensuring integrations gracefully handle API rate limits, network timeouts, and malformed payloads.
- Implement comprehensive logging and alerting within Azure Monitor/Application Insights to provide real-time visibility into the health of automated workflows.
- Manage source control and CI/CD pipelines within Azure DevOps (ADO), ensuring every line of code is audited and robust.
- Map and automate complex cross-departmental data flows to eliminate manual entry and ensure 100% data integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Professional experience in Python with the ability to read and refactor C# and PowerShell.
- Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Graph API.
- Proven track record of working with REST APIs and handling complex data transformations
- Fluency in Git and Azure DevOps pipelines.
