Job Title: Project Manager
Type: Contract (4-6 months)
Location: LATAM (Remote)
Summary:
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery in a fast-paced, hybrid (Waterfall/Agile) environment. This individual will take full ownership of projects, drive execution, and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
– Own 100% of project delivery from kickoff through completion
– Lead project initiation, including kickoff meetings and establishing project structure
– Drive execution by ensuring tasks are completed, not just tracked
– Hold cross-functional teams accountable to timelines, deliverables, and outcomes
– Facilitate recurring project meetings with team members, PMO, and executive -stakeholders
– Synthesize meetings into clear, concise outputs including key messages, decisions, action items, and ownership
– Ensure alignment and transparency across all levels of the organization
– Lead weekly status meetings and produce executive-level status reports and presentations
– Develop and maintain status decks, executive readouts, and steering committee materials
– Maintain a clear, consistent source of truth across all project documentation and reporting
Required Qualifications
– Active PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required
– Strong experience as a Project Manager with full ownership of delivery
– Strong experience managing system upgrade and/or migration projects
– Strong experience working in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
– Preference for candidates with deeper experience in Waterfall environments
– Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion

– Experience managing projects in one or more of the following areas:
– Identity & Access Management (IAM)
– Entra Governance
– Active Directory
– SAP IAM / GRC
– SailPoint
