Title: Product Manager – Sales, Marketing & Emerging Technology Platforms
Location: Remote/Hybrid – Tampa, FL

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager – Sales, Marketing & Emerging Technology Platforms to lead strategy, execution, and optimization across critical consumer-facing digital platforms. This role will play a key part in advancing patient acquisition, access, engagement, and experience by supporting scalable, personalized, omnichannel capabilities across web, mobile, call center, and in-person touchpoints.
This individual will serve as a strategic partner across business and technology teams, helping to shape platform direction, translate complex stakeholder needs into actionable product plans, and drive adoption of modern digital solutions. The role will also support broader innovation efforts involving emerging technologies and strategic enterprise initiatives.
The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of product management, marketing technology, analytics, and cross-functional leadership, with the ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed, enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the roadmap for sales, marketing, and emerging technology platforms aligned to enterprise growth, patient access, and consumer experience goals
- Drive platform maturity, scalability, and standardization across business functions and user groups
- Balance innovation with operational stability in a complex, enterprise environment
- Identify opportunities to improve digital engagement, workflow efficiency, and business adoption of platform capabilities
- Lead product planning, prioritization, and execution across marketing and consumer engagement capabilities
- Translate business, operational, and stakeholder needs into clear product requirements and actionable delivery plans
- Partner with technical teams to support execution and ensure alignment between business goals and system capabilities
- Promote product management and Agile best practices within a hybrid delivery environment
- Define and track key performance indicators related to acquisition, engagement, access, conversion, and adoption
- Support top-of-funnel acquisition and engagement strategies through digital platform enhancements and personalization opportunities
- Partner with internal teams to improve customer and patient journeys across digital and operational channels
- Help optimize omnichannel experiences across web, mobile, call center, and in-person interactions
- Contribute to initiatives that improve access, service-line growth, and end-user experience
- Partner with analytics and business stakeholders to evaluate platform performance and identify opportunities for optimization
- Use data and insights to inform roadmap recommendations and product decisions
- Support thoughtful, compliant, and responsible use of customer and patient data
- Collaborate with internal partners to ensure solutions align with privacy, security, and enterprise governance expectations
- Work closely with technology, architecture, and business teams to support platform integration and long-term scalability
- Partner with stakeholders across marketing, digital, operations, analytics, compliance, and leadership teams
- Support initiatives involving enterprise systems, digital health programs, and emerging technologies
- Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress to a broad range of stakeholders, including senior leadership
Required Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of experience in product management, digital platforms, or marketing technology environments
- Strong experience leading product initiatives in large, complex organizations
- Background in product ownership, platform strategy, and cross-functional delivery
- Experience with CRM and marketing technology platforms
- Strong understanding of analytics, performance measurement, and data-informed decision-making
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid Agile environments
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence across teams in a matrixed environment
- Bachelor’s degree required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar CRM/martech solutions
- Exposure to enterprise integrations and large-scale digital ecosystems
- Experience in highly regulated or complex industries
- Familiarity with omnichannel engagement, personalization, and customer journey optimization
- Experience supporting emerging technology initiatives
- Master’s degree or advanced degree preferred
