Talent Analytics Consultant
Location: Remote
6-month contract
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented contractor to join our People Analytics team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting HR analytics initiatives, helping us understand employee sentiment, and enabling data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
• Collect, gather, analyze, and report on employee survey data to inform strategic HR decisions
• Support the design and implementation of employee listening initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Interpret data, identify emerging trends, and communicate actionable insights to HR and business leaders
• Develop, automate, and enhance KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms
• Generate and scale headcount and gross hiring predictive models to support workforce planning and talent acquisition
• Collaborate on people analytics projects, contributing expertise to generate impactful recommendations.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive employee information
• Stay up to date on industry best practices for HR analytics and employee listening
• Support ad hoc analytics
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
o Preferred: Masters or PhD level
• Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with quantitative and qualitative HR and Talent Acquisition data.
• Experience with Excel, survey tools (Qualtrics, Employee Voice), data visualization platforms (BI, Visier), AI tools, and statistical tools (e.g., R, Python).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
