Job Title: Analyst
Location: Boca Raton, FL
Job Type: Full-Time / Onsite
Position Overview
We are seeking an Analyst to support investment strategy, evaluation, and transaction execution across the full investment lifecycle. This is a highly visible opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or a related field who is looking to gain broad exposure across a variety of high-growth investments.
This individual will work as a generalist across multiple sectors and will support underwriting, structuring, due diligence, financial analysis, and asset management activities. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Build and analyze detailed financial models across a variety of asset classes
- Support investment strategy, evaluation, and transaction execution efforts
- Assist with underwriting, structuring, due diligence, and asset management activities
- Maintain diligence workflows with bankers, brokers, partners, and third parties
- Prepare investment memoranda and ad hoc materials for internal and external stakeholders
- Present information and materials clearly and effectively to various audiences
- Monitor portfolio company performance and key financial metrics
- Conduct market and industry research across investment sectors
- Support the investment team across dynamic, high-growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or a related field
- Strong Excel skills with high proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
- Experience preparing investment committee materials and transaction analyses
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple workflows and competing priorities effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-starter with intellectual curiosity, structure, and resourcefulness
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related discipline preferred
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Boca Raton, FL
- Must be able to work onsite full-time
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in energy, infrastructure, or commercial real estate preferred, but not required
