IT Infrastructure Project Manager
Location: Remote (must adapt to different US time zones)

Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to support the planning and execution of technology infrastructure for new office builds and renovations. This role will serve as the key liaison between IT, facilities, construction teams, and external vendors to ensure all technology components are delivered on time and aligned with project timelines.
This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong coordination, organization, and an understanding of how IT infrastructure integrates into physical construction environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure for new office builds and renovations.
- Coordinate with construction teams, facilities, and external vendors to align IT timelines with build schedules
- Oversee installation of structured cabling, circuits, network racks, and related infrastructure
- Plan and manage procurement, configuration, and deployment of IT equipment and end-user devices
- Ensure proper sequencing of IT work within construction phases to avoid delays or rework
- Track project timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects
- Act as the primary point of contact between IT, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Project Management
- Proven experience supporting office buildouts, relocations, or site rollouts from an IT perspective
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components including networking, cabling, circuits, and hardware deployment
- Experience working with external vendors and cross-functional teams (facilities, construction, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification
- Experience in healthcare environments
- Background or exposure to construction projects or facilities coordination
- Understanding of construction workflows and sequencing as it relates to IT infrastructure
What Success Looks Like
- Offices are fully operational from a technology standpoint at go-live
- Strong alignment between IT and construction timelines
- Minimal delays caused by missed dependencies or improper sequencing
