Technical Consultant – Implementation
Hybrid | 1 Prologis Blvd, Suite 400, Mississauga, Ontario
We’re looking for a senior, customer-facing Technical Consultant – Implementation to lead the configuration and setup of digital solutions including mobile apps, kiosks, POS, and related platforms. This role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and customer experience—owning end-to-end implementations and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the product lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
- Lead configuration and implementation of mobile apps, kiosks, POS, and digital ordering solutions
- Partner with Compass Group Operations to gather, validate, and translate requirements into accurate configurations
- Structure and manage menu data for usability and customer experience
- Troubleshoot complex configuration and implementation issues
- Manage implementation timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for in-house and third-party applications
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams
- Support go-live and post-launch activities
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years in technical consulting, software configuration, or implementations
- Strong understanding of end-to-end software lifecycle
- Experience with enterprise or multi-site implementations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with POS, kiosks, or digital ordering platforms
- Familiarity with Jira or similar tools
- Hospitality or operational technology experience
