Cloud/Platform Tech Ops Leader
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Work Model: Hybrid, 4–5 days onsite
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $170,000–$220,000 base salary

Position Summary
We are seeking a Technical Operations Manager, Digital Strategy to help lead and mature a modern technology operations environment within a fast-moving, growth-oriented organization.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong cloud and infrastructure operations depth, people leadership, and the ability to stay hands-on technically when needed. The right person will help improve operational maturity, guide cloud and infrastructure strategy, partner with external service providers, and support a scalable, well-governed technology environment.

This is not a purely strategic leadership role. The ideal candidate is someone who can lead teams, influence stakeholders, and step into technical and operational details when necessary to move work forward.

1. Cloud Infrastructure / Cloud Operations Depth
Strong cloud operations background, ideally in Azure, with the technical depth to guide troubleshooting, infrastructure decisions, and maturity planning.

2. Leadership + Hands-On Capability
Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders while still being willing and able to roll up sleeves when needed.

3. Vendor Management in a Regulated Environment
Experience working with major managed services or consulting partners in environments shaped by governance, security, audit, and compliance expectations.
