Title: Project Coordinator (Workday)

Overview
We are seeking a Workday Project Coordinator to support multiple active initiatives across HCM, Finance, and Supply Chain-related workstreams. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives on organization and follow-through, and can help keep cross-functional teams aligned and on track.
This role is ideal for a project coordination professional with some Workday exposure who is comfortable managing schedules, tracking deliverables, following up with stakeholders, and supporting executive-ready project updates.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, and project-related scheduling activities
- Track deadlines, action items, and deliverables across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Follow up with stakeholders to gather updates and keep projects moving forward
- Help maintain overall project and deliverable calendars
- Support the preparation and coordination of status updates and presentation materials
- Ensure PowerPoint decks and project documentation are current, organized, and polished for leadership review
- Partner with internal teams across functional areas to improve communication and execution
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of project coordination or closely related experience
- 1–2 years of experience working in or around Workday environments
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- High attention to detail
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting projects within HCM, Finance, or Supply Chain
- Prior experience preparing or maintaining presentation materials for leadership teams
- Working knowledge of PowerPoint for project and presentation support
- Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
