Job Title: Epic Integration Analyst
Job Location: Sarasota, FL (Hybrid)
Job Type: Direct-Hire
We are seeking an experienced Epic Integration Analyst to join a healthcare organization undergoing a major systems transformation. This role will support the migration from a legacy integration engine to Cloverleaf as part of a broader Epic implementation. This is a critical hire for a team navigating cutover, go-live preparation, and long-term optimization of a complex healthcare integration environment.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience with healthcare interfaces, HL7, and preferably Cloverleaf. Epic Bridges experience is also highly valued. This individual will play an important role in supporting current implementation efforts, helping stabilize integrations, and contributing to the future-state structure of the integration team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the transition from a legacy integration platform to Cloverleaf
- Assist with Epic integration efforts, including cutover and go-live support
- Help ensure interface stability across a large and complex healthcare application environment
- Support cutover planning, downtime planning, and post-go-live readiness
- Build, maintain, troubleshoot, and monitor healthcare interfaces
- Work with internal teams and external vendors to support data movement and interface functionality
- Participate in interface issue resolution, monitoring, and on-call support
- Support integration work involving billing, results, orders, scheduling, ADT, and other healthcare workflows
- Assist with data transformation and troubleshooting efforts
- Collaborate with both the integration engine team and the Epic Bridges team
- Potentially mentor other analysts, especially in Cloverleaf, depending on level of experience
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in integration analysis, interface support, or healthcare systems integration
- Strong experience with HL7
- Experience working in a healthcare environment, preferably within a hospital or health system
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Experience supporting interfaces across multiple applications/vendors
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced implementation environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Cloverleaf
- Experience with Epic Bridges
- Experience supporting ADT interfaces
- Experience with OnBase
- Prior experience supporting cutover, go-live, or major system implementation efforts
- Ability to mentor or guide junior team members in integration best practices
Work Environment
- Current schedule is hybrid, with 3 days onsite per week
- Relocation will be considered for the right candidate
