Job: Service Desk Analyst
Location: Miami, FL – 5 Days/Week Onsite
Job Type: Long Term Contract
What We Are Looking For
As a member of the Service Desk team, you will provide technical support, analytical problem solving, and high quality customer service via phone, remote tools, and onsite assistance. This role supports end users across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and enterprise applications in a white glove environment.
You will work closely with systems and network administrators to ensure reliable IT service delivery. The ideal candidate is customer focused, communicates clearly, and adapts quickly in a fast?paced support environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage a ticket queue, prioritizing based on urgency and impact
- Troubleshoot and resolve PC, Mac, and mobile device issues
- Support iOS, Windows 10/11, and Microsoft 365 environments
- Install, configure, and maintain systems and applications
- Troubleshoot printers, peripherals, and AV conference room technology
- Provide onsite support including laptop imaging and workstation setup
- Support VPN connectivity and access issues
- Maintain accurate ticket documentation and knowledge base articles
- Manage asset lifecycle activities (additions, removals, updates)
Qualifications
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and end?user environments
- Ability to thrive in a high?volume, fast?paced service desk
