Overview
The Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives designed to strengthen brand recognition, support charter sales, and generate yacht purchase prospects. This role focuses on coordinating projects, assisting in campaign development, and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day marketing activities such as advertising, promotions, events, sponsorships, partnerships, and trade shows.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and coordination of marketing plans to support sales.
- Coordinate production of marketing collateral, promotional materials, and campaign deliverables thru internal and external resources..
- Support strategic marketing alliances and vendor relationships with agencies, partners, and suppliers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer events.
- Monitor and update social media channels, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
- Conduct research and gather competitive insights to inform marketing decisions.
- Track and report on lead generation metrics and campaign performance.
- Provide administrative and project coordination support for sponsorships, trade shows, and other marketing activities.
- Contribute creative ideas to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Knowledge of marketing principles, event planning, and customer relations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Writing ability and creative problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher).
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Some travel required.
