Title: Manager of Corporate IT Systems
Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid)

Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Manager of Corporate IT Systems to lead, mentor, and scale a global Corporate IT function. This role owns the systems, tools, and services that enable a hybrid workforce across multiple office locations and remote environments. The ideal candidate is a people-first leader who can balance strategic direction with day-to-day execution in a high-touch, fast-growing environment.
This position is based in Downtown Miami and follows a hybrid schedule (remote Mondays & Fridays; onsite Tuesday–Thursday).
What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a globally distributed team of IT professionals supporting corporate systems
- Own day-to-day Corporate IT operations for office-based and remote employees across the U.S. and Europe
- Serve as a hands-on manager, contributing technically while guiding team performance
- Manage end-user hardware purchasing, provisioning, lifecycle, and support
- Administer corporate identity, access management, and SaaS integrations
- Maintain and optimize vendor relationships and third-party IT tools
- Define, track, and improve IT KPIs, service metrics, and operational effectiveness
- Partner with adjacent teams (including Security) to align on policies, access, and best practices
- Support a high-touch environment with limited self-service and significant person-to-person interaction
What You Should Have
- 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure or Corporate IT
- 5+ years of experience in an IT management or people leadership role
- Strong experience supporting both Mac and Windows environments
- 3+ years administering Google Workspace
- 3+ years managing identity and access management platforms (Okta strongly preferred)
- Experience supporting enterprise phone / voice solutions (RingCentral or similar a plus)
- Solid understanding of provisioning, account lifecycle management, and end-user support at scale
- Exposure to AWS Cloud environments
- Project management experience and comfort working with business leaders
- Customer-service mindset with strong communication skills
- Security or privacy exposure (e.g., GDPR) is a plus but not required
- No certifications required; ITIL, PMP, or similar are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
