Job Title: Salesforce Administrator (Consultant)
Location: Remote
Job-Type: Part-Time (20 hours)
Salary Range: $125K – $150K
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Admin Consultant with strong experience in Sales Cloud to support our client’s Salesforce environment. This role will be responsible for day-to-day administration, user support, and maintenance. The ideal candidate brings a consultative mindset, strong technical expertise, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, with a primary focus on Sales Cloud
- Manage users, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing user support and training
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and IT
- Assist with system integrations and third-party applications as needed
- Work daily through JIRA to address any tickets/issues
- Stay current on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices
Required Experience & Skills:
- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud configuration and functionality
- Proven experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, etc.)
- Experience building reports and dashboards for business users
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model and security architecture
- Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have Experience:
- Experience with Marketing Cloud
- Familiarity with lead lifecycle management and marketing automation
- Experience with integrations (APIs, middleware tools, etc.)
- Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience best practices
- Experience in consulting or client-facing roles
