Scrum Master
Position Overview
We are seeking a Scrum Master to support Digital Workplace and Employee Technology teams responsible for delivering modern, reliable, and user-focused workplace technology solutions across the enterprise. This individual will help drive Agile delivery practices, improve team effectiveness, remove blockers, and support continuous improvement initiatives across collaboration, endpoint, identity, and productivity platforms.
The ideal candidate brings strong Agile delivery experience, hands-on Jira or Azure DevOps experience, and the ability to support cross-functional enterprise technology teams operating in complex environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Digital Workplace or enterprise technology teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Partner with Product Owners and technical leadership to maintain healthy backlogs and improve delivery predictability.
- Apply Agile, Scrum, Lean, and Kanban practices to support platform and operational technology teams.
- Track delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and blockers across cross-functional teams.
- Build and maintain Jira or Azure DevOps boards, dashboards, reporting, and workflows.
- Support teams balancing project delivery alongside operational support and production priorities.
- Foster a collaborative and continuously improving team culture through servant leadership and effective communication.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or Technical Project Manager supporting enterprise technology or platform teams.
- Strong experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting Agile delivery practices in enterprise IT environments.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and/or Azure DevOps including backlog management, sprint tracking, dashboards, and reporting.
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams spanning infrastructure, endpoint management, collaboration platforms, identity services, or workplace technologies.
- Strong facilitation, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to proactively identify risks, manage dependencies, and remove blockers impacting delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
- Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM I/II, SASM, or Kanban certifications.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 technologies including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Viva, Intune, and Power Platform.
- Experience supporting workplace technology, employee collaboration, or end-user computing initiatives.
- Exposure to ITSM/ITIL processes including incident, change, and problem management.
- Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments such as healthcare, finance, insurance, or higher education.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery and operational metrics such as OKRs, DORA metrics, CSAT, or employee experience KPIs.
