Job Title: Salesforce Sales Cloud Workstream Lead / Product Owner
Location: Remote (LATAM)
Pay Range: $30 – $/35/hr.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Sales Cloud Product Owner to play a key leadership role in a global Salesforce transformation initiative. This individual will partner closely with Sales Operations, Consumer Markets, and Commercial business leaders to drive the evolution of sales processes and capabilities across a consolidated global Salesforce platform.
This role will serve as the primary Product Owner for the Sales organization, translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions while leading a distributed delivery team and collaborating with multiple consulting partners. The ideal candidate brings a blend of Salesforce functional expertise, stakeholder management, and consulting experience, with the ability to communicate effectively across both business and technical audiences.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serve as Product Owner for Salesforce Sales Cloud, partnering with Sales Operations and business leadership to define priorities and drive platform enhancements.
- Lead requirements gathering, discovery workshops, process mapping, and solution design activities.
- Manage and provide direction to a distributed Salesforce delivery team, including offshore resources.
- Collaborate with multiple implementation partners and internal teams to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce initiatives.
- Drive alignment across stakeholders, balancing competing priorities while maintaining focus on business outcomes.
- Translate complex business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions across Leads, Opportunities, Forecasting, Territory Management, and Sales Processes.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support broader go-to-market transformation initiatives.
- Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to executive and cross-functional stakeholders.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 5+ years of Salesforce Sales Cloud experience, including functional leadership, business analysis, or product ownership responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud capabilities and best practices.
- Experience serving as a Product Owner, Functional Lead, Business Analyst, or Consultant on enterprise Salesforce initiatives.
- Proven ability to lead global stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and influence decision-making.
- Experience leading distributed or offshore delivery teams.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with CPQ is highly preferred.
- Consulting background strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
