Job Title: Product Owner
Location: Miramar, FL (Onsite Monday–Thursday, Hybrid Friday)
Contract: 6-month Contract
About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Product Owner to support and lead digital and physical gaming initiatives across multiple entertainment experiences — including casino, bingo, arcade, and emerging interactive products. This role is perfect for someone who loves working in fast-paced environments, bridging technology and operations, and bringing innovative products from concept to launch.
You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to manage new product launches, updates, and proof-of-concept pilots. The current focus is on next-generation digital gaming platforms — blending physical hardware and software to deliver engaging, modern experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Delivery: Own end-to-end delivery of gaming products from concept through launch.
- Backlog Management: Write user stories, manage priorities, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, and field teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear updates, manage expectations, and align cross-functional teams.
- Pilot & Launch Support: Assist with pilot rollouts, gather feedback, and recommend improvements.
- Continuous Innovation: Research and evaluate new gaming technologies and features to enhance user engagement.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar delivery-focused product role.
- Strong background working with hardware-integrated or technology-driven products.
- Proven success collaborating with software development and engineering teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator, comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in casino, gaming, or entertainment technology environments.
- Understanding of physical device lifecycles (deployment, integration, testing).
- Exposure to app functionality, APIs, and system integrations.
- Agile certification (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, etc.) a plus.
