Job Title: Recruiter – Finance
Contract: 3-month Contract
Location: Miami, Florida (Onsite)
Overview:
The primary role of the Recruiter is to perform full-desk recruitment within the organization. The incumbent is also responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies and operations in order to ensure an ongoing pool of available and qualified candidates within assigned business unit(s).
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with leaders to determine staffing needs and produce forecasts and reporting. Incorporates metrics to define success/failure, and shares with key stakeholders.
- Complete and/or facilitate Direct Recruitment of all positions within the assigned business unit.
- Manage third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms to ensure delivery in accordance with agreement.
- Manage collegiate recruiting programs in assigned markets.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement to ensure deadlines are met, while maintaining quality. Includes maintaining knowledge with the current trends in talent landscape, recruiting methodologies and tactics in various markets
- Support and assist with implementation of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition initiatives to enhance successful rollout and acceptance throughout the organization.
- Support the T.A. reporting needs of the team, using knowledge of T.A. Tools and in systems to supplement and communicate with the HR Reporting area, ensuring the HR team has the data and reports they need on both a routine and ad hoc or project basis.
- Ability to manage 15-25 internal jobs at one time
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience in Recruitment and/or Talent Acquisition
- Knowledge of ATS system (iCIMS required)
- Prior experience working with a sourcer, hiring managers, and HR
- Strong capabilities around running the full end to end recruitment process
- Key communication and organization skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience recruiting on a variety of skillsets such as Technology, Human Resources, Legal, Finance, etc.
Job Title: Recruiter – Field Services
Contract: 3-month Contract
Location: Miami, Florida (Onsite)
Overview:
The Field Service Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to support hiring within land development, construction operations, and sales teams. This role partners with business leaders to identify, attract, and hire top talent across field-based and revenue-generating roles, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives, workforce planning, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the full recruitment lifecycle for land development, construction, and sales roles, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Develop and post targeted job advertisements to attract candidates with experience in construction, field operations, and real estate sales
- Utilize online sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), industry networks, and databases to identify and engage qualified candidates
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of field professionals, including site supervisors, project coordinators, estimators, and sales representatives
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess technical expertise, field experience, and cultural alignment
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand project timelines, workforce needs, and sales targets, ensuring timely delivery of talent
- Present qualified candidates and facilitate interview feedback and selection decisions
- Assist in offer negotiations, ensuring competitive compensation aligned with market conditions and company guidelines
- Manage multiple active requisitions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Provide insights on local labor markets, construction hiring trends, and sales talent availability
- Ensure compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) standards and internal hiring policies
- Support company initiatives related to compensation strategy, workforce development, and diversity recruiting
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the ATS
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in construction, land development, skilled trades, or sales recruiting
- Experience sourcing candidates in field-based or high-growth operational environments
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of construction and land development roles, including field operations and project-based hiring
- Knowledge of sales recruiting practices, including pipeline development and performance-based hiring
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring managers
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and urgent hiring needs simultaneously
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- High attention to detail and ability to evaluate candidate qualifications effectively
- Proficiency with ATS and modern sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn, job boards)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for home builders, land developers, general contractors, or real estate organizations
- Familiarity with trade roles, subcontractor networks, and regional labor markets
- Exposure to commission-based and incentive-heavy sales compensation models
