Senior Software Engineer | H1B Sponsorship Available

This is a high impact role sitting at the crossroads of frontend engineering, design systems, and AI driven automation for a leading enterprise client in Charlotte.
You will help shape how hundreds of developers and designers build and ship products. If you love clean components, scalable systems, and using AI to move faster, keep reading.
What You Will Do
• Build and maintain design system components in React and Angular
• Create automated pipelines for component variants, documentation, and testing
• Use AI tools to accelerate code generation, visual regression, and accessibility checks
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for publishing, versioning, and deployment
• Partner with designers, platform engineers, and product teams across the enterprise
• Own documentation and tooling that makes the design system easy to adopt
What You Bring
• 5 to 7 years in frontend engineering or design systems
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Angular
• Experience building reusable components and design tokens
• Hands on experience with AI tools for development workflows
• Familiarity with Figma, semantic versioning, and component library maintenance
• Experience with Jest, Cypress, or Playwright for automated testing
• Solid grasp of accessibility standards, frontend performance, and GitHub Actions
Bonus Points
• Agentic AI workflows or Model Context Protocol experience
• Storybook for component development or visual regression
• Terraform or cloud services in frontend contexts
• Enterprise design system governance experience
