Job Title: Product Owner
Location Charlotte, NC | Onsite (5 days) | Direct Hire

We are hiring a Product Owner for a well-known enterprise client in Charlotte. This is a role sitting at the intersection of project management and product ownership, ideal for someone who can lead stakeholder conversations in the morning and write sharp Agile stories in the afternoon.

If you are a strong communicator with a PMP background who is comfortable getting hands-on with requirements, this is worth a conversation.

? What You Will Do
• Own stakeholder management across business and technical teams, serving as the primary point of contact for priorities and delivery alignment (~60% of the role)
• Write and refine Agile user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements documentation (~30% of the role)
• Manage and support a Scrum team in partnership with a dedicated Scrum Master (~10% of the role)
• Gather and translate business requirements into actionable backlog items, replacing legacy BRD-style documentation with lean, story-driven approaches
• Manage backlog prioritization and sprint planning in Jira; coordinate release and code management in Azure DevOps
• Partner with technical teams across a Salesforce-centric environment

?? What You Bring
• PMP certification (important and a differentiator for this role)
• Experience as a Product Owner or in a hybrid PM/PO capacity in an Agile environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams
• Hands-on experience writing Agile user stories and requirements, not just overseeing the process
• Proficiency in Jira for backlog management; Azure DevOps familiarity a plus
• Comfort with CRM concepts and platforms

? Bonus Points
• Salesforce ecosystem experience (implementation or customization)
• Experience working in environments with marketing automation or CRM integrations
