Job Description: The Manager, Business Solutions, serves as the primary liaison between Finance business stakeholders and Technical Development Teams within a Scaled Agile environment. This role partners closely with the Solution Management team to support the successful onboarding of business units from legacy financial systems to SAP S/4HANA. This role is responsible for understanding business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, performing fit-gap assessments against established SAP templates, and coordinating scope, priorities, and timelines to ensure successful solution adoption.

The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen in finance and accounting processes with analytical, communication, and Agile delivery skills to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
