Job Title: Salesforce Administrator
Location: Remote (Nearshore)
Job-Type: 12-month Contract
Salary Range: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Enterprise Salesforce Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and maintaining Flows, Approval Processes, and other automation tools to streamline business operations and enhance user experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Salesforce environments, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and data management.
- Design, build, and maintain Salesforce Flows, Approval Processes, and Validation Rules to automate complex business workflows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Manage sandbox environments, deployments, and testing.
- Perform regular data audits and maintain data integrity.
- Support and train end users to ensure optimal adoption and productivity.
- Work closely with developers, analysts, and leadership to enhance Salesforce functionality.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 3+ years as a Salesforce Administrator with Managed package experience.
- Must have experience in Salesforce Flow (record-triggered screen, and scheduled flows and approval process)
- Experience creating reports, Dashboards and Data analysis tools
Nice to Have Experience:
- Copado Certified DevOps Professional
- Boomi/Kafka experience
- Has worked with Healthcare or Staffing software
