Job Title: Salesforce Administrator
Location: Remote (Nearshore)
Job-Type: 12-month Contract
Salary Range: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Enterprise Salesforce Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and maintaining Flows, Approval Processes, and other automation tools to streamline business operations and enhance user experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Salesforce environments, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and data management.
•  Design, build, and maintain Salesforce Flows, Approval Processes, and Validation Rules to automate complex business workflows.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Manage sandbox environments, deployments, and testing.
• Perform regular data audits and maintain data integrity.
• Support and train end users to ensure optimal adoption and productivity.
• Work closely with developers, analysts, and leadership to enhance Salesforce functionality.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 3+ years as a Salesforce Administrator with Managed package experience.
• Must have experience in Salesforce Flow (record-triggered screen, and scheduled flows and approval process)
• Experience creating reports, Dashboards and Data analysis tools

Nice to Have Experience:
 

• Copado Certified DevOps Professional
• Boomi/Kafka experience
• Has worked with Healthcare or Staffing software
