Talent Agent

Gravity IT Resources is looking for bright, energetic and committed recent college graduates interested in building a career in Leadership and Sales.  The Talent Agent position is the first step in your Gravity Leadership and Sales career. Gravity Talent Agents are tasked with helping our clients staff their most important IT projects and positions.  As a Gravity Talent Agent, you will manage all aspects of the recruitment process and build genuine personal relationships with IT professionals.  Gravity Talent Agents discover each candidate’s skills, goals and career interests and match candidates to appropriate client jobs.

Your time in the Talent Agent position will be marked by incredible personal and professional growth. Every new Talent Agent participates in a 12-week, hands-on training program that provides you with the skills and knowledge to be successful.

In addition to hands-on training, Gravity's peer mentorship program pairs new Talent Agents with seasoned Gravity team members to provide continued training, coaching and support throughout your first year.

Technical Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University

Sr. Talent Agent

As a Senior Talent Agent, you will bring your vast experience in the full recruitment cycle, IT skill sets and the current market to continue to grow and succeed at Gravity. You will strive to understand the current skills and career aspirations of our candidates and guide them to our open jobs that are the best match. Additional responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, conducting reference checks, coordinating interviews and interacting with clients. As a Sr. Talent Agent, you will be working closely with our account managers to exceed client satisfaction and make strong connections with our consultants.

The Sr. Talent Agent position will be your next step to continued personal and professional growth. Every Sr. Talent Agent participates in a 12-week, hands-on training program that provides you with the Gravity-specific skills and knowledge to continue to be successful in your career.

Account Manager

Gravity Account Managers build real personal relationships with prospects and clients and genuinely enjoy helping businesses realize tangible value through our Human Capital Management solutions. As a Gravity Account Manager, you will work with an experienced and committed team to identify, qualify and win business with new and existing clients.

As a partner to your clients, you will lead the service delivery process by providing the assigned delivery team with an overview of the position, day-to-day requirements, skills/experience required, and targeted pay rates. Together with your Gravity team, you will work to satisfy client needs and build strong relationships with your consultants.

Sr. Talent Agent and Delivery Leadership Roles

You may find your passion lies in recruiting and service delivery. In these roles and you will continue to focus on IT recruitment and take on additional responsibilities in helping others thrive in the Talent Agent position. This may take the form of helping our clients with their roles or staffing Gravity's consulting organization for our upcoming projects. Opportunities will also exist to lead our talent delivery efforts in one of our specialized practice areas including Digital Transformation, Healthcare IT, Gravity Government Services, Cloud Analytics Consulting and Salesforce.

Account Management and Business Development Roles

If you are interested in the challenges and rewards of business development, Account Management is the next step in your Gravity career. In these roles you will understand the business objectives of your clients and the role their IT organization plays in achieving those objectives. You will work with your clients to discover talent gaps in their IT organizations and help them bridge those gaps with our network of IT talent. Opportunities will also exist to lead our business development efforts in one of our specialized practice areas including Digital Transformation, Healthcare IT, Gravity Government Services, Cloud Analytics Consulting, Salesforce and ServiceNow.
