Talent Agent

Your career at Gravity IT Resources begins as a Talent Agent. Gravity IT Resources’ Talent Agents manage all aspects of the recruitment process. Your main focus is to conduct phone and in-person interviews to match IT talent with our open positions with clients. You will strive to understand the current skills and career aspirations of our candidates and guide them to the best role fit. Additional responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, conducting reference checks, coordinating interviews and interacting with clients.

Your time in the Talent Agent position will be marked by incredible personal and professional growth. Every new Talent Agent participates in a 12-week, hands-on training program that provides you with the skills and knowledge to be successful.

You will learn everything you need to know about Information Technology and the various skill sets we staff across all our practice areas. Gravity also invests heavily in your personal growth. Every new Talent Agent participates in Gravity's "Design Your Exceptional Life" program, led by Gravity Co-Founder Stephen Dettor. This program helps every new Talent Agent discover their why and build an exceptional life through health, relationships, emotional inteligence, intellectual development and personal finances.

Account Manager

Gravity Account Managers build real personal relationships with prospects and clients and genuinely enjoy helping businesses realize tangible value through our Human Capital Management solutions.  As a Gravity Account Manager, you will work with an experienced and committed team to identify, qualify and win business with new and existing clients. You will use your industry knowledge and sales skills to Research existing clients and targeted prospects to identify decision-makers, current technology footprint/systems, and fit for Gravity Human Capital Management solutions.

Here at Gravity, you will lead the service delivery process by providing the assigned delivery team with an overview of the position, day-to-day requirements, skills/experience required, and targeted pay rates. Together you will work together to satisfy client needs and build strong relationships with your consultants.

  • 1+ years of experience selling IT related software, services or solutions to IT buyers

Sr. Talent Agent and Delivery Leadership Roles

You may find your passion lies in recruiting and service delivery. In these roles and you will continue to focus on IT recruitment and take on additional responsibilities in helping others thrive in the Talent Agent position. This may take the form of helping our clients with their roles or staffing Gravity's consulting organization for our upcoming projects. Opportunities will also exist to lead our talent delivery efforts in one of our specialized practice areas including Digital Transformation, Healthcare IT, Gravity Government Services, Cloud Analytics Consulting and Salesforce.

Account Management and Business Development Roles

If you are interested in the challenges and rewards of business development, Account Management is the next step in your Gravity career. In these roles you will understand the business objectives of your clients and the role their IT organization plays in achieving those objectives. You will work with your clients to discover talent gaps in their IT organizations and help them bridge those gaps with our network of IT talent. Opportunities will also exist to lead our business development efforts in one of our specialized practice areas including Digital Transformation, Healthcare IT, Gravity Government Services, Cloud Analytics Consulting, Salesforce and ServiceNow.
