We have built compelling financial incentive programs to reward the local IT ecosystem to refer candidates and clients to Gravity.

Please note: Gravity IT Resources is unable to sponsor or transfer work visas for any of our positions. Both the referring individual and the referred candidate must be fully authorized to work in the United States for any employer without the need for visa sponsorship. Additionally, the referring individual must have an established relationship with the person they are referring.
