Job Title: Sr. Software Engineer

Summary
Our partner is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a high-performing engineering team in Grand Prairie, TX. This is an onsite role supporting a critical need, ideal for a hands-on developer who can ramp up and deliver consistently.
This is a pure development role with a strong focus on building, maintaining, and enhancing applications. The ideal candidate is a senior-level contributor who excels in execution and code quality rather than architecture ownership.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using C# and WinForms
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Participate in code reviews and collaborate with cross-functional team members
- Work closely with QA and Product to deliver reliable software
- Consume and integrate APIs as part of application workflows
Required Qualifications
- Senior-level software development experience
- Strong expertise in C# and WinForms
- Solid understanding of threading and desktop application development
- Experience working with APIs
- Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in Grand Prairie, TX
- Proven ability to ramp quickly and produce in a fast-moving environment
Nice to Have Qualifications
- Experience working with hardware-integrated systems
