Job Title: Sr. Software Engineer

Job Type: Direct Hire

Work Location: 5 days onsite | Grand Prairie, TX

Summary

Our partner is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a high-performing engineering team in Grand Prairie, TX. This is an onsite role supporting a critical need, ideal for a hands-on developer who can ramp up and deliver consistently.

This is a pure development role with a strong focus on building, maintaining, and enhancing applications. The ideal candidate is a senior-level contributor who excels in execution and code quality rather than architecture ownership.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using C# and WinForms
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate with cross-functional team members
• Work closely with QA and Product to deliver reliable software
• Consume and integrate APIs as part of application workflows

Required Qualifications

• Senior-level software development experience
• Strong expertise in C# and WinForms
• Solid understanding of threading and desktop application development
• Experience working with APIs
• Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in Grand Prairie, TX
• Proven ability to ramp quickly and produce in a fast-moving environment

Nice to Have Qualifications

• Experience working with hardware-integrated systems
