Title: HR Operations Specialist
Location: Remote (must be in EST)
Type: 4-5month contract
The People Solutions team manages global employee lifecycle operations within Human Resources, with a focus on delivering efficient and high-quality employee experience. This role manages day-to-day employee inquiries for North and South America utilizing our case management system and HRMS.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve complex employee inquiries via case management tool and email by effectively triaging and troubleshooting issues.
- Manage escalations in a timely manner while ensuring compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
- Provide a high standard of service to employees and managers.
- Collaborate with People Solutions team members globally following documented processes, operational procedures and guides.
- Partner with HR teams and cross-functional stakeholders to support a positive employee experience.
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of relevant professional experience, including 2+ years in Human Resources.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
- Clear and professional communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with case management systems and HRMS tools.
