Job: IT Project Manager – Enterprise PMO
Location: Doral, FL (Onsite Monday–Thursday, Friday Remote)
Job Type: Contract (12 months to start, long-term engagement)
Referral Bonus: +/-$2000
Role:
The IT Project Manager will join a highly visible Enterprise PMO supporting multiple strategic IT initiatives across Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Telephony, and Application domains.
This role is responsible for managing 2–5 concurrent IT projects, including executive-priority initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, financially fluent, comfortable presenting to executive leadership, and experienced operating in structured PMO environments.
This is a fast-paced, high-visibility environment requiring strong governance discipline, proactive escalation, and confident executive communication.
Responsibilities:
Multi-Project Execution
- Manage 2–5 concurrent IT projects across infrastructure, cloud, network, telephony, and application initiatives.
- Drive timelines, coordinate cross-functional IT teams, and track deliverables.
- Identify dependencies and proactively manage risks.
- Adjust priorities as projects evolve and new executive initiatives emerge.
- Lead recurring status meetings and maintain milestone tracking.
Governance & Executive Reporting
- Maintain Smartsheet governance and ensure accurate project tracking.
- Build and deliver weekly executive-level status reports.
- Prepare steering committee and ELT presentation decks under time pressure.
- Maintain centralized reporting repository for leadership visibility.
- Summarize risks, highlight financial health, and provide transparent updates.
Financial Management
- Own project budgets, including CapEx vs OpEx tracking.
- Forecast spend and monitor financial variances.
- Perform budget reconciliation and cost tracking.
- Escalate overages early with mitigation plans.
- Partner with Finance to ensure financial accuracy and alignment.
Required Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of experience managing enterprise IT projects.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects (2–5 simultaneously).
- Hands-on Smartsheet governance experience (2+ years preferred).
- 3+ years of direct budget ownership, including CapEx and OpEx management.
- Experience delivering executive-level reporting and presentations.
- Experience working within structured PMO environments.
- Strong stakeholder management across Infrastructure, Network, Cloud, Applications, and Finance teams.
- Ability to operate in a high-visibility, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience:
- Exposure to infrastructure, cloud, network, telephony, or enterprise application initiatives.
- Experience managing executive-priority initiatives.
- Strong understanding of project governance frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

Additional Details:
- 4 days onsite required (South Florida).
- 10–15% travel possible (deployments, operational initiatives).
