Oracle EPM Functional Analyst
Contract 6-12 months – Possible Conversion

Must-Have Experience
- 5+ years of experience in the Oracle EPM space, preferably in a Functional Analyst role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Planning & Budgeting implementations, enhancements, and support.
- Experience gathering business requirements, translating them into functional solutions, and partnering with finance stakeholders.
- Knowledge of FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close) and financial consolidation processes.
- Experience supporting production environments, troubleshooting issues, and delivering system enhancements.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with EPCM (Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management), as this will be a major focus of an upcoming project.
- Experience with EPCN (Enterprise Performance Management Cloud Notification) or related Oracle EPM modules.
- Prior involvement in Oracle EPM implementations, upgrades, or large-scale transformation initiatives.
Primary Focus Areas
- Planning, budgeting, forecasting, and related EPM processes.
- Ongoing support and enhancements within the Planning & Budgeting environment.
- Collaboration with Finance and business partners to improve EPM functionality and reporting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Functional expert with deep Oracle EPM knowledge rather than a technical developer.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, budgeting, and consolidation processes.
- Experience working in enterprise-level Oracle EPM environments and supporting multiple business functions.
