Job Title: SAP S/4 Deployment Configuration Functional Analyst

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented SAP S/4 Deployment Configuration Functional Analyst to join our Deployment Team. This individual will play a critical role in the rollout of SAP S/4 solutions. The ideal candidate brings cross-functional expertise across key SAP modules and has a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset focused on configuration, integration, and deployment support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support deployment activities by configuring, validating, and maintaining functional SAP objects during rollout phases.

  • Assist with cutover planning and execution, ensuring smooth transition to new environments.

  • Develop and maintain clear, repeatable configuration documentation to streamline deployment processes.

  • Focus areas include but are not limited to:

  • Company Code and Plant builds

  • Data Replication Framework (DRF) objects for seamless cross-track integration (P2P, C2C, R2R)

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure configuration and data tasks align with business timelines and quality expectations.

  • Contribute to project management tasks related to data migration, cutover coordination, and deployment tracking.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field

    • Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP configuration and support experience (S/4HANA or ECC)

    • Strong cross-functional knowledge of SAP modules, especially in P2P, C2C, and R2R

    • Familiarity with SAP Fiori is a strong plus

    • Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced deployment environment

    • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

    • Demonstrated collaborative and service-oriented mindset

    • Solid understanding of IT project management tools and methodologies

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, SAP Support Portal, and basic troubleshooting
