Job Title:  eClinicalWorks Analyst
Location: Remote (EST/CST Hours)
Work Authorization: USC/GC Holder
Job Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire

Role Overview:
The EHR Analyst – eCW will serve as a subject matter expert for the eClinicalWorks environment. This role is essential to maintaining a healthy eCW environment and supporting the organization’s growth. The current analysts lack the necessary eCW knowledge and training experience. The new analysts will bridge this gap, especially with the recent transition to version 12.01 of eCW in the cloud.
Responsibilities:

• eCW Training (50%)
  • Conduct training sessions every 3 weeks.
  • Engage with various units including front office, physicians, nurses, behavioral health, and medical assistants.
• Managing Tickets in Jira (50%)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues for end users.
  • Communicate with end users and eClinicalWorks for issue resolution.
  • Handle common tickets related to onboarding/offboarding, clicks errors, workflow questions, etc.
  • Manage an average of 40 tickets per week.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years as an eClinicalWorks analyst/trainer
  • Proficient in navigating eCW and understanding workflows.
  • Experience with version 12.01 and/or 12.02.
  • Experience training end users of all levels in eClinicalWorks. 
• 3+ years in healthcare environment
  • Familiarity with healthcare organizational structures and engaging with providers.
  • Experience can be from payor or provider backgrounds.
• 2+ years of ticketing experience (Jira preferred, not required)
