Job Title: Risk Management Specialist

Overview:
The Risk Management Specialist will support global cybersecurity operations by identifying and assessing IT-related risks across a wide range of technologies and systems. This role is focused on strengthening the organization’s risk posture by conducting formal risk assessments and working closely with stakeholders to understand and document technical and business risks.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule (3 days onsite per week, with flexible day selection) and the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and evolving cybersecurity environment.

Responsibilities
Risk Assessment Execution (90%)

• Conduct formal risk assessments on systems, processes, and applications
• Focus on modern technology environments including AI, application security, APIs, and cloud platforms
• Document risk findings with clarity and consistency

Stakeholder Communication (10%)

• Engage with internal teams to gather context and clarify risks
• Effectively communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Participate in ongoing improvement of risk assessment methodologies

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT experience, with a preference for:
• Hands-on risk assessment experience
• IT compliance or audit background
• Strong understanding of modern technologies (AI, AppSec, APIs, cloud)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in audit, risk, or cybersecurity (e.g., CISA, CRISC, CISSP, etc.)
