Job Title: Project Manager – Gaming
Location: Miramar, FL (Onsite Monday–Thursday)
Contract: 6 month plus extension
Travel: 30-40% of the year

About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a strong background in managing and leading high-impact projects. This role is part of the Gaming Experiences team, focusing on casino upgrades and new gaming applications that extend beyond the physical casino. The ideal candidate has extensive project management experience and, ideally, some exposure to casino-related projects (e.g., Hard Rock, MGM, gaming technology).
This is a traditional Project Manager role – you will focus on strategic planning, budgeting, funding approvals (CARs), and building relationships across teams. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Oversee multiple casino-related projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and investment strategies.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with the Casino Product Team and other key stakeholders to define project priorities and roadmaps.
• Project Planning & Budgeting: Lead project planning efforts, create project roadmaps, secure funding through CARs, and drive execution.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement best practices for project execution, reporting, and governance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to ensure smooth project delivery, mitigating risks and aligning initiatives.
• Casino Technology Initiatives: Support the rollout of casino technology enhancements, upgrades, and new applications that expand gaming experiences beyond the ship’s casino.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• Strong background in budgeting, project funding (CARs), and program execution.
• Ability to build relationships across business and IT teams.
• Ability to hit the ground running—this role requires someone who can quickly take ownership.

Preferred Experience (Nice to Have):

• Casino industry experience (e.g., Hard Rock, MGM, gaming applications).
• Experience working on casino technology projects or hospitality gaming environments.
