Overview
A Support Analyst is required to support the SAP Ariba global environment. This role focuses on operational support of Ariba solution including monitoring, reporting system issues and resolving incidents raised by our business partners in accordance with SLAs. The analyst will collaborate with business and respective IT functional colleagues.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor all system functions of Ariba modules including inbound and outbound integrations for Buying, Sourcing and Contracts, SLP
• Respond to incidents raised in ServiceNow in accordance with SLAs
• Support the IT project teams as needed for system improvements / enhancements  
• Communicate with business partners in A/P, Procurement, Finance and Tax in relation to support activities
• Communicate with and raise cases to third parties including SAP when required
• Support integration scenarios between SAP Ariba and S/4HANA.
• Collaborate with other IT teams including Procurement functional team, Basis and ABAP to ensure timely resolution to system issues.

Required Experience and Skills

• 3+ years of experience with support or implementation of SAP Ariba solutions.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong understanding of all Ariba processes in Buying, Sourcing and SLP
• Experience with system integrations utilizing CIG
• English proficiency required; Portuguese or Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in Agile methodology usage would be differential.
