Overview:
We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support a growing data analytics initiative within a fast-paced and evolving business environment. The ideal candidate brings deep PBM industry experience, excels at gathering and documenting clear business requirements, and can work closely with a BI development team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
In this role, you will be instrumental in prioritizing a backlog of data projects, documenting detailed requirements, supporting testing/validation, and ensuring what’s delivered aligns with the business’s goals. Familiarity with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric is a plus, but your real value will come from your ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document comprehensive business and data requirements
• Support prioritization of a growing backlog of analytics and reporting projects
• Ensure that requirements are clear, testable, and actionable for BI developers (who will be working primarily in Python and Power BI Fabric)
• Review and validate the final reports/outputs to confirm they meet business expectations
• Help identify data inconsistencies or quality issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution
• Contribute to the development of repeatable processes for analytics delivery and data integrity
• Support user acceptance testing and develop test cases where needed
• Maintain clear, organized documentation of workflows, logic, and assumptions
