Position Overview
Lead and scale the partner ecosystem. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth and market expansion. This position works closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to build an ecosystem of resellers, technology integrations, and channel partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute partner strategies. Create and drive the overall partnership roadmap, including Value-Added-Resellers (VARs), technology alliances, and referral programs.

  • Drive revenue through partnerships. Identify and cultivate revenue-generating partnerships that expand WorkEasy’s customer base.

  • Manage partner relationships. Build and foster strong relationships with strategic partners, ensuring alignment and long-term success.

  • Manage go-to-market execution. Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop co-branded campaigns, joint selling motions, and partner enablement programs.

  • Create a technology and integration strategy. Identify and establish technology integrations that enhance WorkEasy’s product value.

  • Track and drive partnership performance. Define KPIs, track partner success, and continuously optimize partnership performance.

  • Negotiation and contracts. Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and mutual value.

  • Work with the appropriate internal teams to design / build out all of the necessary processes, reporting, measurements, controls etc. to ensure a sustainable, high growth program.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, including partnership or strategic alliance responsibilities, in a SaaS or HR Technology environment.

  • College degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

  • Possess a strong network of contacts within HR Tech, workforce management, or enterprise SaaS ecosystems.

  • Proven track record of building and scaling successful partner programs that drive revenue.

  • Ability to sell a vision.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

  • Experience working with resellers, tech alliances, and referral partners.

  • Ability to think strategically, balancing short-term wins with long-term growth.

  • Experience with biometric/RFID device partnerships or enterprise HR software integrations is a plus but not required.

  • Proficient using software including MS Excel and PowerPoint.
