Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Miramar, FL (Onsite Monday–Thursday)
Contract: 6-month contract with potential extension

About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a strong background in managing and leading high-impact projects. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in project planning, budgeting, funding approvals, and cross-functional collaboration. This is a traditional Project Manager role where you’ll be responsible for aligning initiatives with business goals, securing necessary approvals, and driving projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic objectives.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to define project roadmaps and priorities.

• Project Planning & Budgeting: Lead planning efforts, develop project timelines, secure funding, and oversee execution.

• Process Optimization: Recommend and implement best practices for project governance, execution, and reporting.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with business and IT teams to ensure efficient project delivery and risk mitigation.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management.

• Proven track record with budgeting, funding approvals, and execution.

• Ability to build relationships across technical and business teams.

• Strong initiative and ability to take ownership from day one.

Preferred Experience (Nice to Have):

• Experience managing technology projects in hospitality or other high-touch customer environments.

• Exposure to projects requiring significant cross-team coordination and stakeholder communication.
