ERP Technology Manager – Oracle Environments

Our client is seeking an experienced Technology Manager to lead their ERP operations team and oversee multiple Oracle environments. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, driving integration across systems, and guiding Agile processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage an operations team supporting ERP and integrations.

• Oversee multiple Oracle environments, ensuring uptime, availability, and reliability.

• Manage integrations between Oracle and external systems.

• Drive the scrum process for ERP initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve escalations, optimize processes, and ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications:

• Strong people leadership skills with experience managing operations or ERP teams.

• Oracle ERP experience required; must be able to demonstrate success in managing multiple environments.

• Proven track record of managing integrations and collaborating across IT and business functions.

• Experience leading Agile teams (Scrum Master or similar background a plus).
