Job Title:  Project Manager
Location:  Salt Lake City, UT (hybrid)
Job-Type:  Contract
Salary Range:  $50 – $65
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Project Manager to support the transition of sales from the current company website to a third-party retail platform. This role will lead cross-functional coordination across Marketing, Technology, Operations, Supply Chain and Customer Support to ensure a smooth migration, cost savings, and clear communication throughout the process.
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a cross-functional project timeline, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met.
• Coordinate with Marketing to wind down campaigns, update site communications, and launch 3rd-party merchandising.
• Partner with Technology to deliver key engineering milestones for site migration.
• Oversee Operations and Customer Support planning, ensuring holiday readiness and a structured wind-down in January.
• Lead weekly status meetings, create clear communication plans, and document progress.
• Identify risks, resolve blockers, and provide leadership with regular updates.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects across Marketing, Technology, and Operations.
• Strong communication and narrative-building skills to align stakeholders and communicate progress.
• Highly organized, efficient at documentation, and comfortable working in fast-moving environments.
• Available to work onsite in Salt Lake City 1–2 days per week (15 hrs./week initially, adjusting to 10–15 hrs. ongoing).
