Job Title: ERP Integration Project Manager
Job Type: Contract

Position Overview:
The Integration Project Manager will play a critical role in managing and coordinating the testing with various applications and ERP. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, some technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other applications and the ERP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Collaborate with Integration Team Members to ensure the Integrations Dashboard accurately reflects the status of listed applications.
- Communicate regularly with application teams to allow for alignment with ERP Implementation project and raise up any additional support required by application or integration teams to supervisor.
- Testing Coordination:
- Adhere to the project timeline and milestones for testing cycles. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure their support for a timely execution of test cases and resolution of issues.
- Input requests in IT ServiceNow to execute Globalscape events, which will support testing scenarios.
- Identify potential risks in integration testing early and collaborate on mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
- Documentation:
- Document the Record to Report / Plan to Perform integration tasks with appropriate JIRA status within ServiceNow, which supports the overall ERP implementation project.
- Ensure all testing results, defects, and resolutions are thoroughly documented for future reference and audits.
- Meeting Participation and Leadership:
- Attend bi-weekly technical team updates, technical team RAID calls, and applications owners’ meetings.
- Lead the weekly Integrations/Technical Meeting every Wednesday, providing updates on dashboards and spreadsheets.
- Attend and facilitate weekly/monthly meetings with application teams and ERP/Integration Teams in preparation for SIT and UAT.
- Generate meeting minutes, which include Main Topics, Next Steps, and Actions.
- Obtain follow-up to action items and provide update to all involved.
- Attend weekly 1:1 with Supervisor.
- Reporting:
- Every Tuesday updates the Action Plan Bowlers for the Weekly Operating Report, ensuring charts and supporting information are prepared for supervisor’s report-out on Wednesdays.
- Critical / High KDDs (Open/Closed – Actual / Target)
- Integration Statuses (ERP readiness to test, Integration Application readiness to test, and over all integrations completion of FUT)
- User Stories (Open – Actual / Target)
- Every Tuesday updates the Action Plan Bowlers for the Weekly Operating Report, ensuring charts and supporting information are prepared for supervisor’s report-out on Wednesdays.

- Provide Supervisor every Friday with a written update on task statuses, completed items, additional tasks undertaken, and follow-up items requiring attention.
- Architecture Diagrams:
- Keep Current: Architecture diagrams for SAP (NS2) & BTP (CUI Instance) and SAP (On-Prem) systems, including integrations with Solumina, Team Center, Cobra, and Assured File Transfer (AFT).
- Solicit and incorporate feedback from related teams to ensure diagrams are up to date.
- Relationship Management and Communication:
- Maintain strong relationships with application owners, integration team members, and data transfer provider
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to provide updates on progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience with ERP systems, integrating with other applications, and functional/technical documentation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding and familiarity with tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, WinSCP, and Globalscape.
- Ability to lead meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with SAP systems and architecture diagram creation is a plus.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
Additional Information:
This role requires attention to detail, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Integration Specialist will be instrumental in ensuring integration processes are completed efficiently and accurately, supporting the overall success of ERP implementation projects.
