Job Title: Cybersecurity Business Analyst
Job Type: 12+ Month Contract
Location: Remote (LATAM)
Job Summary
Our customer is launching several key cybersecurity initiatives across Vulnerability Management, Application Security, and Product Security. These are high-visibility, high-impact programs, and we’re seeking experienced Cybersecurity Technical Business Analysts (3–5 years of experience) to support and drive execution.
These roles require individuals who can effectively connect the dots between business and cybersecurity environments, ensuring that technical goals align with organizational objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility assessments to evaluate new security initiatives and define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Perform technical and business impact evaluations to guide prioritization and execution.
• Serve as a liaison between cybersecurity technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into actionable business plans.
• Support project management activities, coordinating deliverables and ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams.
• Develop and present executive-level PowerPoint materials that communicate project status, risks, and recommendations.
• Proactively identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities to accelerate execution.
• Work independently and adapt in a large, complex environment with limited oversight.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, ideally within cybersecurity or information security domains.
• Strong knowledge of Vulnerability Management, Application Security, and Product Security.
• Proven experience conducting feasibility assessments, defining scope, and analyzing business/technical impacts.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; able to create executive-ready deliverables.
• Solid project management skills, including coordination across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced enterprise environments.
