Role – MS Dynamics Developer
Location – Remote
Contract – 3 Months

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics Developer to design, develop, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical understanding of the Dynamics platform, strong development experience with integrations and customizations, and the ability to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including entities, forms, workflows, and business rules.

• Build and maintain custom plugins, workflows, and JavaScript customizations to extend CRM functionality.

• Develop and support system integrations using Azure services, APIs, and other middleware tools.

• Utilize tools such as XRM Toolbox for system management, configuration, and optimization.

• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and end-users to translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex CRM issues, ensuring high system reliability and performance.

• Stay up to date on new Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities in alignment with best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer (Dynamics 365 preferred).

• Proven experience developing and deploying custom plugins, workflows, and integrations.

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, C#, .NET Framework, Power Platform, and Azure services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions).

• Proficiency with XRM Toolbox and other CRM administrative tools.

• Experience with API development and data integration techniques.

• Strong understanding of CRM data structures, security models, and lifecycle management.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications are a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and ALM processes for Dynamics solutions.

• Exposure to Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse development.
