Job Title: Salesforce Release Manager
Job Type: Contract
Job Location: Brazil (Remote)
Job Overview:
IT Salesforce Release Manager will be the liaison between the Product Owner user stories and developers to ensure the completeness and testing approvals for deploying code and configuration through Copado. This position should have strong skills in CI/CD processes and adhere to required documentation for audit purposes. Candidate will need to be fluent in English to support our global organization.
Main Responsibilities:
Testing and Documentation Procedures:
- Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures, and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process
- Develop and maintain technical documentation (processes, designs, etc.)
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors and alarms.
Systems and Application Development/Deployment:
- Participate in the deployment, maintenance, upgrade and troubleshooting core business applications and systems
- Participate in the development, analysis, prioritization, and organization of specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow
- Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance
Required Qualifications:
- Copado CI/CD for a large organization with specific focus on deployments and pipeline management
- 7+ years of experience working with information technologies and systems analysis
- Strong knowledge of business processes, and how data and software applications support those processes
- Working knowledge of SAP S4 in the SD / OTC area will be considered an asset
- Working knowledge of PriceFx will be considered an asset
- Strong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
- Strong understanding and knowledge of the principles and practices associated with packaged and/or SaaS applications.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks such as Kanban preferred
- Strong proficiency in estimation and planning
