The Product Owner is a critical member of the product delivery team, responsible for translating product vision into actionable work that drives business outcomes in the consumer leasing space. Focused on Pricing and In-Store POS capabilities, this role bridges strategic planning and day-to-day execution—ensuring requirements are clear, priorities are aligned, and solutions deliver measurable customer and operational value. The Product Owner partners closely with Product Managers, Project Managers, engineering teams, and key business stakeholders to deliver high-quality features across the product lifecycle.

  • Own requirement clarification, ensuring stakeholder needs are well understood and translated into a refined, actionable backlog.
  • Maintain backlog health in Jira, including writing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned to the roadmap.
  • Define sprint priorities, ensuring development teams have clear, complete, and technically sound user stories.
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to break down features into milestones, estimate effort, and identify dependencies.
  • Collaborate with QA to validate functionality, support test planning, and ensure defects are resolved prior to release.
  • Coordinate sprint ceremonies with the Project Manager and/or Scrum Master, including planning, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
  • Monitor performance metrics and user behavior to identify opportunities for optimization across pricing workflows and in-store POS experiences.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 2-5 years proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst, preferably supporting Pricing, POS, or retail technology products.
